Tilghman-On-Chesapeake (TOC)
TOC is a beautiful water front and water view residential community with access to a recreational island known as Avalon. Avalon Island is linked by a causeway leading to TOC Facilities LLC. making up of a clubhouse, pool and marina with picnic areas overlooking the Choptank River and Harris Creek. TOC is a covenant controlled community known as TOCCA.
TOC Community Association (TOCCA)
TOCCA oversees the community with a resident elect Board of Directors who manages TOCCA & TOC Facilities LLC.
